Hydroponic Herb Garden summer camp is being offered at two times this week, 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We are learning so much about herbs. Monday was the introduction to herbs and we started our own herb gardens. Tuesday we learned many ways to cook with herbs, as well as how to dry them naturally. We also learned some history and Social Studies when we learned the history of herbs and the countries they originated in. This was a favorite of the students. Today we learned medicinal herbs and how each herb is packed with special nutrients. We were amazed at how much herbs can do for our health. We have two more days of camp this week.
